Third-Generation Hotelier

I inherited my deep love for hospitality and hotel management from my family. I am a third-generation hotelier in Israel: my grandfather, Morris Cassouto R.I.P, was the President of the Israel Hotel Association and, together with my grandmother Fortuna Cassouto R.I.P, managed a chain of hotels in the country. My father, Yuval, was also a seasoned hotelier, managing hotels throughout his life.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Munich, Germany. Over the years, I have built extensive hands-on experience across all aspects of hotel operations, working with global chains such as Hilton and Accor—both in Israel and internationally—as well as with independent hotels in Israel.

My professional journey spans the entire hospitality spectrum: starting from foundational roles in the front office, housekeeping, and sales, all the way to senior leadership positions, including Front Office Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Rooms, and General Manager of a hospitality property. Throughout these roles, I have gained exposure to diverse operational methodologies, enabling me to develop and implement highly organized, efficient, and streamlined workflows.

Driven by a natural curiosity and a passion for industry innovations, I possess deep expertise in various Property Management Systems (PMS), digital guest services, and emerging hotel technologies. In my various capacities, I have successfully spearheaded the implementation of technological systems, built operational departments from the ground up, and played an integral role in hotel pre-opening and development phases, right from construction.
